Voicentric was created in 2002 by Paul Williams and Russell James.æ The vision for the company was to provide a specialist personal service for a small number of major clients.æ Too many Contact Centres are large impersonal organisations with heavy management structures where the senior management are a long way removed from the staff who are actually speaking with customers.æ We wanted to keep the company at a level where it was still small enough for the management team to have great working relationships with all the staff, and be close to the calling activity.æ
Although the company is relatively small, the management team all come from much larger organisations, and fully understand the needs and issues of large companies.
